The victory marks a significant milestone for Alcaraz, who has never before reached a final on grass. It also brings him one step closer to reclaiming the world No. 1 ranking from Novak Djokovic.

Alcaraz dominated the match from the outset, breaking Korda's serve in the fourth game of the first set. He maintained his momentum in the second set, breaking Korda again in the seventh game to seal the victory.
